Open Source File and Member Restrictions

As distributed, does the open source version of Wikidot have the same restrictions as Wikidot's hosted site in terms of file space and the number of members a private site can have? Anything else we might consider changing from the default?

If so, where do we edit those settings? I didn't see anything obvious in GlobalProperties.

These can be easily changed. Right not it is not included in the GlobalProperties (should be, any patches and improvements are welcome) but it would work if you change default values in the database in site_properties table.
