Yep, I want the dump to be only minimal, and all the pages being imported with the API.
We would have a directory with files, that correspond to pages, that need to be created when installing. File name would be page name and the content would be the source of given page. The "installer" would use internal API to create the page. This way, we have simpler dump administration, and more testing while installing.
