[BUG 29] WebStats not working correctly

Description
WebStats not working correctly for the whole of November 2010.
Taking November 15 on one of my sites as an example, it is reporting:
0 views
0 pages
203 hits
3.99 MB downloaded
Which makes no sense what-so-ever.
